Hello church, and happy Wednesday to you! I wonโt take up much of your time, but I wanted to address the growing concerns over public gatherings and the spread of the Coronavirus in our community. Please hear me: I donโt take lightly what is happening, this situation has created an atmosphere of panic and concern that has affected everything from air travel to toilet paper; from the Dow Jones to hand sanitizer.
I will not live in fear. I will not stop living my life. I will not stop ministry.
I will not stop greeting my brothers and sisters in Christ with a handshake and a hug, however, I encourage you to do what makes you feel the most comfortable during this time.
The Church is the Ecclesia – the โassemblyโ or โgatheringโ of Godโs people. It is my commitment that we will continue to gather publicly and worship together. With all that said, God has also gifted us with a brain, so letโs use it! If you are sick, use wisdom and stay home to avoid getting others sick and watch our services online atย New Life Church
We should be courteous in this area regardless of the Coronavirus.
Church, letโs not panic. Letโs use wisdom. Letโs also wash our hands (a lot).
But let us also continue to meet together and build one another up in the most Holy faith. And that can start tonight! New Life is the place to be on Wednesday nights! Thereโs something for every age and every stage in life.
