We are looking for both men and women volunteers to help us to prepare for the event as well as serve on the day of the event.

Prior to the Event, we are looking for men to help us with the set-up of the tables and chairs that we will need to accommodate serving lunch to all of the women attending.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

We will have light refreshments in the morning during check-in and lunch is being catered by Panera Bread. If you would like to take notes, a pen and notebook are also being provided.  

WHERE SHOULD I GO WHEN I ARRIVE?

Upon arrival, you should park in the main parking lot in the front of the church. Enter up the stairs through the main doors. Upon entry, you will be greeted, and ask to show your registration. After, check in, you can enter the auditorium where the conference will be held.

WILL THE CONFERENCE BE ONLINE?

We will not be streaming the conference or recording for online viewing.

WILL CHILDCARE BE AVAILABLE?

Due to the large number of attendees for this event, we will not be able to provide childcare.
