Summer Internships | May 19th - August 3rd
We are excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for our Summer 2025 Ministry Internships!
The vision for our internships is to create a learning opportunity for interns to come alongside current ministry leaders to get exposure to full-time ministry and determine if they are called to vocational ministry.
What To Expect from a Summer Internship
Here is what we’re looking for:
Someone who is 18-25 yrs old. Must have graduated from High School or in line to graduate in 2025.
Someone who is a self-starter, a motivated worker, and an eager learner
Someone who has both passion and skill in any of the following areas:
Working with Kids or Students
Music or Production
Preaching or Teaching
Administrative Tasks
- A General Passion for Ministry
Social Media or Digital Marketing
Creative Project Management
Someone who is interested in working in ministry and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
Someone who can work efficiently, keep up with a fast pace and isn’t afraid to ask questions or contribute to conversations and project development
Dates:
Monday-Thursday, with some evening responsibilities depending on the department. Internship is from Monday, May 19th, until Sunday, August 3rd
Some level of flexibility will be available for summer travel plans.
Here is what you can expect to gain:
An understanding of what it takes from a staff level to do ministry
An ability to see people and prioritize them over the tasks we have to do
An ability to work with a team, give and receive constructive criticism, and champion the best idea even if it’s not your own
Learn valuable skills that will help you in ministry or another career
Personalized input from our team to help with professional, and personal development
Participation in staff meetings and processes
Working with staff and volunteers each week on Sundays, Wednesdays, and special events

- Outreach/Pastoral Care
Internship Pay and Hours:
Our internships are paid $100/week for 12 hours/week. We believe, in addition to this stipend, you will receive a wide range of learning experiences and significantly build and refine your skills and experience. If selected for the internship, you’ll be expected to work Monday-Thursday on a schedule developed by the ministry leader you are assigned to. Some schedules will include evening events and services. The Internship will run from Monday, May 21, until Thursday, August 3.
